Meditation & Relaxation

  1. Each hourly session will have 20 minutes of gentle movement similar to Tai Chi, 20 minutes of meditation and 20 minutes of deep relaxation.


Sunday Morning Retreat

• From 10 - 12.30pm.

• The morning will consist of 2 hourly sessions with a coffee break.
